Job Description : DISTRIBUTION CENTRE MANAGER DUBAI UAE 10+ years experience 1. RDC Inventory & warehouse management 2. Order Desk Efficiency & Distributor satisfaction 3. Overall Claims Management for STOs, RDCs, and VEPDC claims registered with the claim helpdesk 4. Contract Management Ensure that spare parts are planned and stocked as per evolving demand and at optimum inventory to deliver first pick availability as per SLA. Ensure the safety of stock and also ensure that they are stocked as prescribed to maximise shelf life. 2. To process spare parts orders (Stock, VOR, Accident) from IB Distributors in the Middle East & Africa and ensure that the required parts are delivered at respective locations per stringent SLA. Ensure space optimisation and high productivity of people working in stores while minimising fatigue. 3. To ensure that the above is delivered efficiently & in a cost-effective manner meeting the various SLAs and within the approved budget. 4. Have near nil discrepancies in delivery/transit claims and ensure that claims, when raised by distributors, are processed as per SLA 5. Share information on EDA and other queries that Distributors may raise by demonstrating the industry's best responsiveness & professionalism 6. Ensure compliance with all local and international laws. 7. Ensure seamless operations of the warehouse, high level of engagement and commitment of workforce, settlement of dues to all stakeholders on time, and ensure that service providers meet all the respective SLA.
