Treasury Director

Job Description : TREASURY DIRECTOR SINGAPORE a US MNC Manufacturer, seeking an experienced Director of Treasury to oversee group Treasury. As the Group continues its expansion, the Director of Treasury will also act as an invaluable partner in planning, diligence, and overall decision-making to the Board as well as the CFO and CEO. With a focus on cash management, liquidity management, and foreign exchange. Responsibilities include: Managing forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment. Ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements. Use of hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the currency and interest rates. Advising on liquidity aspects in relation to short- and long-term planning. Maintaining control over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting. Maintaining all domestic and global banking relationships. Developing a structure to optimise working capital. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain subsidiaries' capital structures consistent with business, tax and regulatory requirements. Supporting strategic finance initiatives (e.g., Investor presentations, M&A and financing requirements) in partnership with the CFO. Managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank reporting. Acting as treasury liaison internally for leasing analysis Directing the FX exposure management and managing FX and interest-rate risk. Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar related fields plus Accounting Qualified (CA/ACCA/CPA) Minimum 10 years of Treasury experience in a global MNC Track record of leading and developing treasury professionals Enjoy working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
