Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments. Operational Excellence: Streamline operations, implement policies and processes, and identify innovative solutions for efficiency and quality. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor operational teams, build a high-performance culture, and drive accountability. Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to manage the budget, monitor financial metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to integrate operations with marketing, sales, and technology. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and financial management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
