Job Description : DIRECTOR GHANA an international group specializing in the equipment industry and the sale/after-sales of public works machinery JOB: As Director BU Equipment, you are the interface with the management of the group in the management of the income of your BU, the management of the teams and the development of sales and after-sales of construction machinery: Excavators (Crawler excavators) ,Bulls,Loaders,lifting equipment,loading cranes The responsibilities of the position are organized around the following missions: -Ensure the management of a team of 15 people -Ensure the management of the business unit in Ghana -Manage the development of turnover in accordance with the operating margin objectives set by the group -Define action plans of commercial development around a segmentation by type of customers in line with the objectives of the business plan in volume of sales and turnover -Getting directly involved with customers and strategic prospects -Conducting commercial negotiations and finalizing customer contracts -Provide effective quality advice to customers by recommending technical solutions that meet their quality requirements -Supervise workshops and after-sales service The position is based in Accra-Ghana You will benefit from a high-performance expatriate package: Attractive salary/bonuses, Housing, CFE contribution, Insurance, company vehicle, plane tickets PROFILE: With a higher education in commerce, you can value a professional experience of at least ten years acquired necessarily partly on the African continent in the management and development of a profit center in the distribution and sales / after-sales sector of construction site machinery.
