Job Description : SALES – MANAGER ANGOLA Qualification: MBA in Marketing /Sales with B com/B.Sc./BBA Experience: 10 years plus (Post qualification). Relevant Experience: At least 80% of total experience from TMT Sales and Steel Industry (Manufacturing cum distribution), African Experience. Portuguese language (Priority) Key Skill: Product Knowledge, Computer Skill, New Customer explore, communication skill, Age: 35 Years plus Salary Range: 2500-3000 USD per month + Benefits Job Description: 1. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and meets the company's goal; 2. Better control over potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships. 3. Strengthening existing customer relationships & developing new potential ones; 4. Support sales and Management with forecasting information on the status of customer activity and future opportunities 5. Responsible for liaising with the logistics team regarding scheduling and follow up of deliveries. 6. Marketing analysis: to monitor & evaluate the local competitors and follow the market evolution for the particular area. 7. Determine niche marketing opportunities. 8. Assume major account and geographical responsibility. 9. Set objectives of the Sales team, encourage and train to team member; and monitor their performance. 10. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them; 11. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes. 12. Responsible for checking on the status of payments and liaising with accounts team as well as keep the management updated on an on-going basis 13. Responsible for updating the sales database, preparing sales reports as required by the management and presentation of MIS 14. Strong business acumen and sense of ethics 15. Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills, 16. Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions! 17.
