Supply Chain Director

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR VIETNAM In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing purchasing, planning, logistics, customer service, and distribution functions. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers with exceptional service levels, while minimising costs and inventory. Lead supply planning team to ensure efficient utilisation of factory resources and meet customer demand with minimal inventory levels Develop and align sourcing plans for raw and packaging materials in coordination with the Asia Supply Chain team, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives Manage the logistics flow, including import and export processes, from raw material procurement to factory delivery and from warehouses to customers' locations (domestic and overseas) Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, local regulations, and tax requirements throughout the entire supply chain Oversee customer service operations and implement standard operating procedures for local and export sales, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer satisfaction and addressing customer complaints effectively To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English. Bachelor's degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, business management, or a related field Minimum of 20 years of experience in various supply chain functions, with experience as a functional head or senior functional manager in a leading organisation Strong strategic and conceptual thinking ability to anticipate and plan for future changes in a rapidly evolving business environment Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain a broader business perspective, contributing as a valuable member of the country management team
