Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER VIETNAM The job includes general management and sales maximisation. Manage the local team to achieve the sales goal Act as the front-end contact to work with clients and provide service-tailored solutions Oversee operational and commercial activities Key account relationship management Collaborate with the regional team to ensure the smooth operation Ensure that the business direction is in line with the Group’s objectives and targets Source and develop vendors / business networks / relationships with key clients, particularly those from global network To succeed in the role, you are required to have a strong commercial mindset. 15+ years of work experience in B2B sectors Business acumen, with a hunting mindset Team management experience in the latest three years Experience in general management is a plus Entrepreneurial skills with a goal to developing a start-up into an established industry player Experience in dealing with logistics on a regional/global level, experience in working with luxury brands will be a plus Experience in managing a small team from various logistics backgrounds Fluency in English and familiarity with English logistics report
