Plant Manufacturing Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANUFACTURING MANAGER THAILAND You will take the lead to carry out on-site manufacturing and parts trial in production operations, establish and improve on-site quality control methods, continue to reduce the cost of the company and ensure that the department's quality and production indicators are achieved. Lead production plan and work development plan of the manufacturing department, and support the company's strategy and target for achievement Organise production workshops/departments to identify quality problems that affect the production process Guide management system and workflow of each workshop/department and promote the departmental construction To carry out safety management activities and eliminate on-site hazards Advise production, technical term, machine installation, cost reduction activity to meet customer requirement, and drive continuous improvement project in automation within the department and across the plant Develop and control budget including manage manufacturing labour cost , confirm the effective of standard operations, and improve production efficiency Organise and compile technical documents for on-site operations based on product technology to ensure the smooth implementation with optimal cost, continue to plan lean production line model, improve production process capabilities, ensure departmental quality, production and cost indicators are achieved Supervise manufacturing team to ensure smooth mass production and support launching new products in term of manufacturing aspect To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead and unite effectively and possess a keen understanding of manufacturing operations for multinational organisation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with master’s degree is a plus At least 10 years’ manufacturing management experience with an international manufacturer Great communication and presentation skills Direct & practical experience in manufacturing process and lean manufacturing with solid supply chain knowledge is an advantage Fluent English and Thai due to the nature of business
