Senior Manager Production and Maintenance

Job Description : SENIOR MANAGER PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE MALAYSIA A Senior Manager, Production and Maintenance job has become available at a highly reputable beverage manufacturing company to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. In this Senior Manager, Production and Maintenance role, you will ensure optimal production operations and maintenance to fulfil demand. You will also close performance gaps and drive the continuous improvement of the Production and Maintenance department using Operational Excellence Methodologies. Ensure Health, Safety, Security and Environmental compliance to the latest Food Safety and Quality standards for both departments Ensure production volume meets target with a high Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives, optimising OPEX, CAPEX and materials usage in both production and maintenance departments Focus on people development, drive culture enhancement in the entire team Maintain a strong autonomous and preventive maintenance programme Understand and achieve departmental KPIs with regards to MTBF, MTTR, utilities consumption, OEE, material loss, quality, maintenance cost and other similar measurable targets Participate and contribute in the global production and maintenance best practises community To succeed in this Senior Manager, Production and Maintenance role, you should have at least 15 years of experience in a manufacturing MNC environment with at least five years in a middle or senior management level. Besides that, you should have successfully coached and developed people to take on larger roles. education in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or a related field of study At least 10 years with a combination of production, maintenance and continuous improvement experience in an FMCG MNC manufacturing environment Familiar with running a successful preventive and autonomous maintenance programme Familiar with GMP and Food Safety standards Resilient, high integrity, strong accountability and analytical approach to problem solving A team player, able to collaborate internationally across different function units Agile, organised and driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
