Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO MEXICO Direct the strategic financial planning of the company. Manage financial information through internal and regulatory reports. Analyze financial performance and make sound decisions to meet company objectives. Supervise areas of audit, tax and fiscal affairs, collaborating with external consultants. Implement accounting policies and financial processes to optimize the management of the company. Monitor budgets and forecasts, as well as control payroll and manage financial risks. Evaluate business decisions by analyzing bids, margins and prices. Analyze investments and present optimization proposals to the general management. Collaborate with corporate teams in consolidating accounts and preparing management reports. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, preparing SOPs and complying with corporate requirements. Support and facilitate shareholder review and comply with tax and corporate secretarial obligations. To be considered for the position of Financial Director you must have: University education in accounting, finance or administration, preferably with an MBA. Experience of at least 18 years in financial management, occupying management positions. Desirable in the pharmaceutical industry. Domain in managing accounting software, ERP (preferably SAP) and tools such as Excel. High level of knowledge of accounting and tax regulations and principles. Fluent level of English. Frequent communication with non-Spanish-speaking countries.
