Job Description : CFO DRC The company is located in Mutwanga, a picturesque village in North Kivu (Congo-DRC), an hour's drive from Beni. The successful candidate will be required to live near the company's site for the duration of the contract, this is therefore a non-family duty station. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management is a must-have! 15+ years' of relevant work experience, production experience is ideal. Practical experience in the use of SAP, SAGE 100, and Odoo. Broad knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities: Develop and effectively manage the Company's financial resources Develop and implement sound financial management procedures across all departments of the company, Ensure the development and monitoring of the accounting, administrative, and financial procedures. Advise the Managing Director on the financial and accounting implications of strategic decisions and plans.
