Deputy General Director

Job Description : DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR MADAGASCAR FOR AUTO · In harmony with the vision of the shareholders, set up and deploy the group's policies; · Ensure the achievement of the objectives of the automotive section of the group in Madagascar and ensure to develop its notoriety · Develop the turnover and profitability of profit centers, in conjunction with the sales departments, via the various products and services, as well as customers; · Guarantee the proper functioning of the various teams and ensure the development of the skills of its employees · You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering or equivalent; · You have a minimum of 20 years in auto, 5 years of experience in a management position (Marketing, Sales, Technical), with proven experience in managing a profit center; · You have knowledge of safety and quality (ISO 9001); · Mastery of office tools; Fluency in French and English; · You have strong managerial skills as well as a very good ability to adapt and learn; · You have a good emotional maturity and strong communication, relational and commercial skills, · The plus: a good knowledge of the market and the Malagasy culture
