Vice President

Job Description : Vice President of Global Supply Chain located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery and availability of products across our worldwide network Lead and manage a diverse team, including warehousing, purchasing, planning, and logistics functions Oversee the integration of supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with global objectives and the overall business strategy Analyze and forecast demand, devising plans to minimize the risk of overstock and stock-outs Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve supply chain performance Ensure a robust risk management system is in place for issues tied to the supply chain, including geopolitical and currency fluctuations Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop a harmonious working relationship Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred At least 15 years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Excellent analytical capabilities, able to create, analyze, and interpret complex data Experience in global supply chain management and international trade Proven success in operating in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset Competitive salary package including bonus and benefits Opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational, and fast-growing organization Career advancement opportunities within the organization
