Job Description : SALES MANAGER UAE FOR LUBRICANTS 12+ years experience · Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy for automotive lubricants to increase market share and profitability in target markets. · Research and analyze market trends and competition in international markets to identify potential sales opportunities and develop sales plans accordingly. · Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners to establish a network of contacts and generate new business leads. · Develop and negotiate sales agreements and contracts with international customers and partners. · Identify and assess the risks and challenges of doing business in different international markets and develop appropriate risk management strategies. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that products meet the needs of international customers and are competitive in international markets. · Monitor and analyze sales performance data to measure the success of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and adjust sales plans as needed. · Manage the sales team responsible for international sales, including hiring, training, and performance management. · Develop and manage the sales budget for international markets, including forecasting and reporting on sales revenues and expenses. · Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of automotive lubricants, such as import/export laws, product safety standards, and environmental regulations. · Travel to international markets to attend trade shows, meet with customers and partners, and establish a presence in new markets. · Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changing customer needs in international markets, and adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly · Health Insurance · Yearly Ticket to Home Country · Other as per UAE Law
