Job Description : Manager - Energy, Utilities, Resources & Infrastructure Location - Dubai Lead Energy, Utilities, Resources and Infrastructures transactions Perform commercial due diligences (infra and industry sector) Advise Utilities, investment firms on asset portfolio developments Advise clients on M&A in Utilities, Resources and Infrastructure Lead PPP advisory / O&M asset management mandates Develop and review business models, market studies, issue project reports & other documentation as per requirements of a mandate Conduct operational and financial analysis for companies in energy water infra sector transition/transformation Requirements; Demonstrable insights in due diligence projects, transactions, PPP development related to energy or water transactions (hydrogen, renewable energies, thermal power, desalination, and/or other infrastructure developments) Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to act independently At least 8 years of working experience in PPP advisory, transaction, commercial due diligence, M&A, management consultancy investment funds, investment advisory, with an established reputation and network in multiple sectors, preferably in the Middle East
