Job Description : CEO MINING UAE · Create the business plan and establish the vision for the department · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure product development and marketing strategies align with sales objectives. · Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are achieving their sales targets and provide training and support where necessary · Lead investment from the organisation and help to seek more investors/partners in the market · Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles with a global remit within the Mining Sector · Solid understanding of the natural resources industry, including mining methods, drilling techniques, and environmental and safety regulations · Background in Mining Engineering or Geology, combined with MBA is highly preferred · Strong management and leadership skills Excellent opportunity to join a organisation with solid track record in delivering technology driven solutions into multiple verticals.
