Production Manager

Job Description : PLASTIC PRODUCTION MANAGER DUBAI UAE Responsible for overall plant production, efficiency and safety of men and machines, optimum utilization of materials, meeting of delivery dates as per the production schedule and quality specifications as per the customer requirements. · Graduate Engineer with 10-12 years of experience in Production plant of plastic industry preferably in PVC, HDPE pipe extrusion process. · Preferably (Mechanical/Electrical) / BE (Mechanical/Electrical) or Polymer Engineering. · Should have managed a team of 100 - 200 employees · Has complete technical knowledge to handle a production plant · Has ability to trouble shoot and take quick action · Knowledge on Lean manufacturing techniques such as Kanban, 5S etc is an added advantage · Has ability to improve systems and processes using new technology and drive the implementation by managing changes · Responsible for all the Technology related tasks in Extrusion and Bead process · Industrialize of new dies as per time line- Annual NPD plan · Provide technical know-how and inputs to the designated sections. · Analyze Extrusion process variations and take necessary countermeasures · Analytically sound to analyze the data & should retrieve any statistical data available in the system. · Knowledge of die designing based on profiles received from new product development team. · Good knowledge in extrusion process trials and tooling management. · CIPET is an Advantage
