Company Name: Newaco Group sa Designation: Chief Marketing Officer Job Location: Angola, Africa Qualification: MBA in Marketing Experience: 15+ yrs. Job Descriptions: The Organization is coming up with FMCG Brands of their own and revamping the entire marketing Strategy for the Retail and Wholesale Trade divisions. As a Leader of Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for and oversee Marketing, Brand Management, Customer Loyalty Program, Customer Insights & Analytics, PR, Trade, Digital, and Corporate Communication functions. Manages the marketing budget for the company, ROI, schedules all marketing campaigns and analyses the effectiveness. Manage and leverage the loyalty program, customer care, and customer insights to build emotional loyalty with customers and drive sales. Manage the Market Research, Analytics, and Customer Insights function & Develop and implement the brand strategy for each of the retail formats and for the Corporate Brand. Build ATL/BTL campaigns for the business. Responsible for planning annual trade calendar, development and implementation of marketing strategies and communications, marketing promotions, special events, and public relations activities. Other Desirables: MBA / Advanced Marketing Studies 15 yrs+ of experience in Marketing and Brand Management, with extensive experience in the Retail FMCG Sector. preferably handled Global in house grown brands and exposure to more than 1 country / globally. Besides Marketing and Brand Management experience, should have in-depth experience in using Customer Insights/ Big Data Analytics and Loyalty Programs & Should have a Customer-Centric Approach. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills & Good team management skills.
