Maintenance Manager

Job Description : MAINTENANCE MANAGER NIGERIA FOR PLASTICS Location: Lagos state, Nigeria Industry: Manufacturing Experience: Candidates should have a minimum a 10 years of experience in Plastic Manufacturing Responsibilities: • Prioritize maintenance work orders to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize downtime. • Manage inventory of daily consumable spare parts • Conduct tests on fire hydrant lines, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment • Monitor and report on pending work by contractors • Maintain records for equipment transfers and conduct inspections • Manage physical inventory records and submit monthly reports • Identify and procure necessary spare parts for maintenance • Manage inventory lists for the Maintenance department • Prepare daily reports on power consumption, machine breakdowns, and consumable spares • Submit monthly stock reports for spare parts Requirements: • Ability to efficiently manage a team of 10-20 local staff • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. • Previous experience in Nigeria is required • Preferable age range between 38-42 years • Knowledge of Milacron/Ferromatik/Jon Wai machines is preferred, preferably with experience in a manufacturing company involved in PET injection molding processes and molds
