Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER KUWAIT FOR TIRE RECYCLING He should take care of Electromechanical Trouble shooting, Production, Purchase, Maintenance & Sales. · Oversees and facilitates recycling pickup and drop-off programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances and guidelines. · Handling shift operation during supervisor's leave · Monitoring Fire Fighting System · Efficient planning to reduce & consume waste emission. · New Machines inspection prior to dispatch at supplier location · Existing and New vendors evaluation as per ISO · New Recruitments, interviewing, performance monitoring · Handling Staff Grievances and disciplinary issues · Coordinating Resignations/Terminations/Dismissals · New Machines Layout AUTOCAD designing · In-house designing and fabrication, machine modifications · Installation and commissioning of new equipments - Electrical and Mechanical · Dealing with EPA, PAI delegates visiting factory Desired Candidate Profile He should have preferably Electrical Engineering qualification. He should 8years to 10years experience in relevant flied . Candidate should have experience in Oracle & Microsoft. Fluent in English. Experience in Electromechanical repairs and maintainance Hands on experience on Preventative maintenance, machine like invertors, PCL, clutches, cupping, bearing, oiling, breakers. Should have knowledge how to fix things if any electrical breakdowns occur. Should have Knowledge in Tyre Company. It's a Used Tyre Recycling Factory.
