Operations Director

Job Description : Director of Operations - Oakville, ON CANADA , a very well established and successful transportation provider is a leader in the final mile space. Due to continued growth they are looking to add a Director of Operations to their team. The position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the operations team they lead including operations management, planning, dispatch and customer service. Based in the west GTA and reporting to the Vice President, the right candidate will have significant operations experience in trucking and transportation at a senior management level including P&L experience. In addition, they will be an innovative, forward thinking leader with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
