Job Description : CEO TANZANIA Chief Executive Officer - Agriculture Experience - 15 + Years Job Responsibilities · Oversee and maintain overarching control over the Agri Sector. · Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. · Deep financial management experience including financial analysis, budget development and cash flow management experience within the Agribusiness sector. · Lead and motivate subordinates to attain their highest efficiency & develop a high performing managerial team. · Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure desired results are produced and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. · Make high-quality investment decisions in accordance with top level management to advance the business and increase profits & be accountable & manage groups profit & loss. · Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics. · Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements · Strategize and implement corrective measures to improve organizations effectiveness · Build trust relations with top management and act as a point of contact for them. · Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure companys survival and growth. · Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company Requirement: Experience in African countries are preferred especially in East Africa. Exposure to Tea, Sisal & Macadamia will be an added advantage
