Job Description : Operations Head Industry: Manufacturing Location: Dubai, UAE JOB ROLE: • Oversee the entire production process: Responsible for supervising the manufacturing process from start to finish, which entails managing personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and effective production of goods. • Develop and maintain production schedules: Tasked with creating and managing production schedules that guarantee timely order completion while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste. • Efficiently manage resources: Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet production objectives. • Ensure timely production planning: Ensure that production planning is completed by the 3rd of each month. • Coordinate with the procurement department: Communicate monthly production requirements to the procurement department via email and joint meetings, verifying the minimum order quantity (MOQ) before placing orders. Additionally, ensure proper line allocation and strive for maximum speed and efficiency in output.
