Human Resources Director

Job Description : Human Resource Director FinTech company and they are urgently looking for a HR Director to their Dubai office. As a Human Resource Director this role is focused on shaping and nurturing the company culture, managing people and talent, aligning HR strategies with the organization's goals, overseeing HR operations, and effectively leading the HR team to support the company's overall success. This position encompasses various aspects related to culture, people, strategy, operations, and team management. Requirements: - At least 12-15 years of experience in human resource with at least 3-5 years on a director level. - Experience working for a Technology / FinTech industry is a MUST - Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, proven ability to partner across diverse stakeholders. - Proven ability to think strategically and commercially, with strong execution skills. - BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; Masters in human resources / CIPD will be a plus. - Experience in Culture initiatives and programs - Excellent knowledge in cultural assessments Salary: 40-50k AED
