Job Description : VP FP & A LONDON A leading MNC Bank is currently having a senior opening within their Finance team to perform finance strategic changes for their corporate banking vertical. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of core FP&A strategic changes, taking ownership of defining milestones and managing effective communication channels. Some of the key responsibilities will include: · Lead performance management and FP&A changes, ensuring desired business outcomes. · Deliver end-to-end FP&A solutions, driving process re-engineering and standardization. · Embed new processes globally, collaborating with leadership and providing executive updates. · Support Finance team, including reporting, analytics, and Finance Transformation projects. · Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and standardization. · Communicate with stakeholders, drive staff development, and adapt to a dynamic environment. To be eligible for this role you will require: · Graduate with minimum of 15 years of experience in Investment Banking. · FP&A Transformation experience is a must. · Strong FP&A background with added Analytical and Strategic mindset. · Strong technical skills in the fundamentals of finance, accounting, and reporting principals. · Demonstrate previous experience as a people manager within a large International team. · Strong leadership and global stakeholder management skills.
