General Manager Sales 
18 yearsJob Description : GM SALES VIETNAM ( EXPATS) Provide strategic oversight on business development planning, target clients and business development activities. Provide and supervise the implementation of strategies to develop new assortments for all categories Responsible for the whole business circle including products planning, forecast, supply chain, sales development through all channels (GT, MT, ecommerce), customer services Active engagement with existing and target clients to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business and expanded opportunities for new business. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy Lead business analysis including marketing survey, campaign/ business performance Lead media planning, especially digital media optimisation Oversight on all division’s financial performance Manage and evaluate P/L ratios to ensure margin for each category Oversee and maintain benchmarking data and metrics and develop targets for efficiency gains on projects More than 18 years experience managing sales team in all channels, preferable FMCG background Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong data analytic skills required, strong leadership Interpersonal skill, customer relations, planning and organising skills, negotiation skill Knowledge of the legal aspect and the rules of competition Ability to work under pressure, willing to travel for business
