Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR SPAIN Development and execution of commercial strategies: Define and execute the commercial strategy of the company, establishing sales objectives and developing action plans to achieve them. Identify growth opportunities and new markets, and design penetration plans. Sales team management: Supervise and lead the sales team, setting individual and collective goals. Sales Analysis and Tracking: Closely monitor sales-related key performance indicators (KPIs) such as volume, margin, market share, and profitability. Client Relations and Negotiation: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Participate in business negotiations and contracts. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations and finance departments to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution of business plans. Participate in team meetings, present reports and share relevant updates. Requirements: Previous Experience: Minimum 18-20 years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 3-5 years in a management position in the food industry. Solid business knowledge: Extensive understanding of sales principles and techniques, distribution strategies, key account management, and marketing. Leadership skills. Results orientation. With financial knowledge Excellent communication skills. High English. Analytical and data oriented: Ability to analyze data and market trends, making informed and strategic decisions.
