Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER VIETNAM In this role, you will play a key role in managing all resources, processes and tools in order to ensure the production plan and ensuring the production quality standard (process & product) and the correct application of the defined standards. Responsible for the efficient organisation and work in the production unit Responsible for the fulfilment of the production plan Responsible for technical documentation, work instructions, production methods and work cycles Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the production workplaces Manage to reduce and / or restore production losses (breakdown and machine downtime) Accountable on the specific Cost Deployment projects Monitoring risks to the health and safety of persons and proposing improvements Check and validate the preventive maintenance planning Ensure the proper functioning of the production lines Responsible for training and acquaintance of the employees of the production department with the relevant documentation of the QA, supervision over its observance, initial instruction of the QA Manages directly the staff of the Production Unit department and maintaining a culture of high performance to ensure the development of team members, transfer of know-how, also guarantee the proper training of employees Regularly evaluates employees and provides constructive feedback Managing Continuous Improvement activities and projects Degree in manufacturing, engineering, technical Relevant operation experience to ensure personal and professional credibility In-depth knowledge of assembly production process Good planning skill Good communication and presentation skill Proficiency in computer skill: MS. Office/PPT/SAP
