Job Description : CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER VIETNAM Reporting to the COO of the company, the Construction Project Manager shall set up the team in Hanoi and responsible for the development of the projects in the area. Project planning & execution: develop time line, budget and make sure project's quality and milestones are on track Develop and manage effective project team Stakeholder management with cross functional internally and external parties Budget and cost management of the projects and team Quality assurance and risk management of the projects Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus Proven experience as a Project Manager in the hospitality, F&B, fashion, or nightlife industries with a track record of successfully delivering high-profile projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
