Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO MINING INDONESIA Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the COO will be responsible for the P&L of existing investment portfolio plus the evaluation and acquisition of new investment opportunities. Develop and implement strategy in the context of the Company’s strategic objectives and in consultation with the company’s senior management Identify and generate potential business investment opportunities to increase market penetration and improve profitability Provide leadership for high-profile projects / investment opportunities to ensure achievement of business strategies targets Manage relationships with government, partners, vendors and other stakeholders To succeed in this COO (Mining) role, you must able to demonstrate true leadership abilities, lead teams as well as be able to work independently. Possesses strong active network within the mining and energy industries. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field At least 20 years’ experience including at least five years in senior management roles Track record as successful COO (mining or energy industry) within Indonesia is preferred Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development A clear understanding of the full value chain for complex resources projects Well-developed leadership skills based on personal values which are clearly aligned with the Company’s values
