Business Development Manager 
12 yearsJob Description : BDM PALM OIL INDONESIA ( OPEN TO ALL NATIONALITIES) In this Business Development Manager (Palm Oil) role, you will be primarily responsible for selling equipment, speciality chemicals, consultancy and associated services from leads generated through the business divisions. Generate appointments with both existing and new customers as well as prospects Develop a sales pyramid in CRM, lead follow-up and proposal generation for the sale of Capital, injection skid and dosing equipment, mobile, Service Contracts and Expendables Close sales by generating and executing sales plans in assigned territory Work closely with current and prospective customers to maintain and grow sales within assigned territory Evaluate all revenue generating opportunities within a customer or prospect and make proposals as appropriate Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels Create and reach customer agreement on value propositions that focus on our competitive advantage derived from our broad product portfolio Provide effective technical recommendations to resolve operational issues and generate reports documenting the value of equipment and services Meet sales targets by meeting or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention and profitability To be successful in this Business Development Manager (Palm Oil) role, you will need to be passionate about the palm oils industry, have experience in dealing with Palm Oil Experts and working with the palm oil industry. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering 12+ years of work experience in Palm Oils, refineries, sales/business development in the same or similar industry. Experience with Palm Oils applications Understanding of production engineering A vast network of Palm Oil industry players Strong leadership skills Highly independent
