Chief Executive Officer
25 yearsJob Description : CEO DELHI 30+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities: To establish various strategic roadmaps and business plans with respect to targets in terms of financial, customer, manufacturing (operations), people, processes, systems & JV partners etc. Manage entire Business Revenue cycle to maximize gross revenue · To achieve the set targeted profitability and ensure to achieve better EBITA and PATs as they go into expansion mode into India · To ensure and deliver products with high quality within agreed timelines · To ensure conversion of RFQs and to be able make winning bids through engaging in the manufacturing process costing to ensure the best of efficiencies in the price quoted for new bids and RFPs. · To create long term strategic business plans & monitor implementation and its progress against the set targets · To focus on cost reduction and reducing the cost in a developing project by doing Value Analysis and Value Engineering · To develop various alternative sourcing strategies with quality excellence · To participate and contribute in formation of the Business level strategies and Group Level Initiatives · To develop more focus on Customer penetration · To generate and manage conversion of RFQs for existing and new products with existing or new customers to build revenue and profitability pipeline for future orders · To build effective customer relationships very strongly and enable product cross selling across the businesses to increase the volume of business with existing customers · To drive technological leadership and innovation excellence through new product conceptualization · To ensure the organisation is placed as the preferred supplier for major OEMs in the country. · To co-ordinate with corporate strategy teams to identify & evaluate potential alliances and also to enable smooth integration with various businesses · To drive profitability of the business by improving product design, manufacturing quality, reducing conversion cost · To focus on increasing employee productivity · To provide major focus for manufacturing cycle times · To set the quality targets, rejection rates and to ensure customer quality with utmost care and initiate plant wise quality programs · To drive the compliance to ensure the organisations objectives and strategies are in compliant with corporate governance · To work effectively with the team to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business · Would be accountable for the Balance Sheet and the P&L of the business People Management Identify manpower requirements, set performance goals, review and provide feedback, identify training & development needs and recommend training, manage employee relations, address employee grievances to attract, retain & develop skills to meet current and future Organisation objectives Required Candidate profile · A Full Time Graduate Engineer (Preferably from a Premiere College) is Mandatory for this role. · It would be most preferred if you have completed your Full Time MBA from global schools like Wharton, Kellogg's, Sloan, Stanford, Michigan, Etc. or Indian B- Schools like IIM, ISB, Etc. · Atleast 20 - Max of 30 Years' Experience (Age Not Exceeding 52yrs Young) in the Automotive Tier -1 Industry is Mandatory for this role. · P&L Leader driving businesses upwards of Rs. 1000+ Crore Topline would be most suited for this role. · You would have ideally been a CEO/ President / Director driving: - · Highly Complex Business/ Manufacturing Processes - Labour Intensive/ Future Generation (Highly Automated, Like SMT, etc) and Legacy Products · Complex Product lines - Labour Intensive to Highly Automated to EV - Combination of all 3 · Multi Locational - India and Overseas · Experience of Identifying JV partnerships, Soft Targets at right Valuations for Acquisitions in related or new generation product lines, replacing existing legacy products, Inorganic growth strategies are most integral to this role. · Prior experience to be able to cascade your learning's to grow the business from the existing Rs. 1700 Crores to 2x Times in the next 4 -5 years with significantly higher ROCI/ROCE/ Improved PAT's through both Organically and Inorganically channels to reach the required Topline and bottom line would be much needed for this role. · Excellent Understanding of Indian Customers & Strong Networking Skills - 2W/ 4W/ CV and Off Highway, preferably referenced from the Sourcing Leaders from Large OEM's would be the best fit for this role. · Proven track record of growing businesses aggressively - Strategy, Client Acquisition, Increase ROCE/ROCI through excellent P&L Management. · Preference would be given to High Calibre, Hi-Potential Candidates with significant experience of working in Global OEM's/ Tier-1 companies outside India ideally in an Operations role for a significant period of your career. · It would be most preferred if you have experience of turning around businesses and companies and taking flat Topline and receding bottom line to significantly high growth during your tenure with you immediate or immediate past organisation as the COO/ CEO · Experience of bringing about significant change in the organisation - Culture, Processes, Flexibility, High Productivity and Growth Mindset. · Fast Learner to grasp the various technical nuances related to multiple product lines including new generation products related to automotive business. · You would innately have a very strong understanding of all the processes related to the Manufacturing Processes. · Must be highly Customer focused and sound in marketing management with sale boosting mindset · Must have strong experience in closely working with JV partner to drive the business towards profitability & technological innovation and successfully leading JV partnerships · Must possess strong experience in developing long term business plans and execute it successfully with respect to the desired targets · Should be capable to expand the existing businesses through product and technology innovation. · Must possess Strong Influencing & negotiation Skills to be able to persuade the team towards success · Must have excellent Strong Verbal and Written communication skills · Ability to cooperate and influence in a matrix organization · Highly Result oriented preferably with a Global mindset · Proven team leadership and interpersonal abilities · Sharp, high energy, results-driven, solution-oriented, focused and motivated, with solid decision-making capability · Excellent analytical skills & Quick learner Effective and decisive under pressure Comfortable with fast-paced, result-oriented environment Demonstrated ability to influence others, both directly and indirectly, and to operate effectively in a matrixed environment Clear thinking / problem solving, successfully led process improvements -
