Job Description : PRODUCTION HEAD OMAN FOR PHARMA · Responsible for achievement of production targets as per plan. · Responsible for Monthly and weekly production planning in coordination with other departments. · Proficient with Qualification, Validation and Annual Product Review reports. · Co-ordination with departments like QA, QC, Regulatory, R&D, maintenance and administration. · Preparation and review of SOPs and Protocols. · Implementation of GMP practices , working as per GMP . Responsible to bring improvement in working culture . · Optimum utilization of re- sources , Up keep Quality to reduce market complaints . · Training on essential skill development among intra and inter departmental team members . · Responsible for audit compliance . Tracking of all the major audit related compliance status and ensure compliance . Required Candidate profile Requirements : · Mpharm / Bpharm · 18 to 20 years of experience in top pharmaceuticalcompany with at least last 5 years' experience in Managerial position.
