Job Description : Sales Manager – Lubricant Sales (Middle East) out of UAE 10+ Years experience To appoint & manage the relationship with country distributors – Preferable candidates should have exposure to multiple markets in the middle east namely UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, etc. · Exploring different business opportunities and avenues with the aim to expand the business to generate revenues. · Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base/network and promoting new product sales. · Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market · Preparing a strategy to achieve them. Developing sales strategies to expand in new geographical locations. · Maintaining customer accounts by keeping good coordination to ensure a strong presence in the market. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service · Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services. · Coordinating with the supply chain and logistics team for the smooth and timely delivery of products and monitoring dispatch plans. · Monitoring business trends across the region and keeping strong knowledge of the competitor’s movements in the market. · Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. · Preparing and presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. · Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. · Promoting company products through different channels like exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, and customer visits to the company.
