Warehouse and Distribution Head

Job Description : Head of Warehousing & Distribution - Toronto, ON a market leader in the value added distribution of specialty products to the retail, commercial and industrial segments across Canada is looking for a customer focused Head of Warehousing and Distribution to lead a cross-country team. Based in the east GTA with facilities throughout the country they provide their customers with branded and private label products supported by industry leading customer service. As a key member of the Executive team, the role is responsible for all logistics, distribution, warehousing and transportation related activities at the main facility as well as branch locations. The right person will have substantial senior level operational leadership experience in a complex distribution environment coupled with a strong customer focus. In addition, the right person will be an innovative, forward thinking leader with strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Travel throughout Canada is required. This position offers a very competitive compensation package.
