Job Description : Factory Manager - Edible Oil refinery / Processing Unit Location: MOZAMBIQUE 15+ years experience - Overall processing unit operations. - Experience in overall production of Edible Oil refinery - Should be able to handle various departments like Unloading, Processing, Packaging, QC and finally dispatch - To provide leadership the Factory managers at the Unit level - Manage the manufacturing and operations - Help achieve the annual targeted volumes and profitability - Implementing the Operations excellence program at sites - Driving the Corporate Environmental and Safety goals - Building reliability into Plant operations - Benchmarking best practices - Accountable for the strategy execution into actions and deliverables
