Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met. Qualification: Inter CA (Intermediate Chartered Accountancy). Proven experience in accounts management within the manufacturing industry. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
