Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFCIR KENYA A leading retail company in Kenya is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Commercial Officer to oversee their Commercial operations and drive growth for the organisation. As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's trajectory by leading revenue generation and market expansion efforts across the region. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability. Leading the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective campaigns to promote the company's products or services. Identifying new market opportunities and potential areas of growth for the company. Working closely with the procurement team to ensure that new products are aligned with the company's overall commercial strategy. The Chief Commercial Officer will work closely with the CEO and will presently regularly to the board and shareholders on the commercial affairs of the company. Requirements: Business related degree. An MBA or a Master’s degree preferred. 15+ years in a commercial role. Prior retail industry experience non-negotiable. Deep understanding of the retail industry and consumer behaviour. Experience in utilising an ERP systems, knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus.
