Develop & implement strategies for market development. Explore, research and analyse the market to assess business potential Convert market potential into sales through CBLS & generate sales in the region. Establish new relationships. Develop, guide, and lead the team to give 100 % productivity. Responsible to drive the business independently in matured & developed Middle East Region Prepare a comprehensive Business Plan & Working Plan covering all aspects of business for one to two years of time span as well as for five years A positive and determined approach to research and analysing new business opportunities. Responsible to gather market intelligence and competitors’ activities. Develop business in project segment by developing projects clientele & seize new projects. To identify Architect & Interior Designers who work for projects and establish strong relations with them and their associates to promote the Products & get specified through specifiers To keep customers list up to date & prepare Market Coverage Plan for every month keeping in mind the Business Priorities Enable business growth by giving support to Channel Partners for deeper market penetration and reach Analyse market trends and provide valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning of sales and marketing strategies Ensure BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders. Take personal ownership of top customers of the state. Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company. Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company Create and conduct corporate presentations among key prospects. Closing successfully the leads already available and further creating & closing new business opportunities Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding business performance and macro-economic developments in the region Ensure excellency in customer care services across the region Build and continuously develop the team. Plan and set targets for each month for each employee and review their achievement week wise Set personal examples before the team. Develop team and bring out 100 % productivity from each team member Control expenses as per budget guidelines MBA will be an advantage. Minimum 15 Years Plus relevant experience in Middle East, at least 5 Years senior level experience of management of people, resources & markets Shall be well versed with the Middle East Markets Related industry experience in Gulf region Must have worked extensively in winning projects and shall have established contacts with Builders Must have managed channel partners with a view to support them to improve their business. Experience in B2B products in building material industry At least 5 years senior- level experience of management of people, resources Commercial knowledge and knowledge on detailed functional procedures & local Rules related to Exports / Imports is critical Must have managed team in present & previous jobs. Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic will be a plus.
