Job Description : LOGISTICS OPERATIONS MANAGER SPAIN Logistics Operations Manager (International, maritime) EMEA Industrial Group wishes to incorporate a Logistics Manager in maritime cargo for its headquarters in Madrid. Functions: • Optimization of operations and logistics costs. Design of cargo flows and routes to the different markets. • Negotiation and management of transport by sea and multimodal. Dialogue with freight forwarding and forwarding companies. Budget management. • Improved level of service in exports. Standardization of processes. Monitoring and reporting of KPIs and implementation of improvements. Engineer or ADE, Foreign Trade with specific training in transport in maritime and multimodal traffic operations. Highly valuable specialization in maritime law or foreign trade. - Experience of 15 in logistics and supply chain: international operators and large volume exporting companies. Field profile, hands on and with experience in negotiation. Very fluent level of English . Ability to work in demanding environments and autonomously, experience in process optimization.
