Job Description : Corporate Deputy General Manager UAE (Candidates from overseas can apply as well) Minimum Requirements: ? Engineering Graduate, Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role ? Individual should have 25 and above total years of experience. ? Should have minimum 5-7 years’ experience as & an Operation Head, Country/Regional Head, DGM/ GM in GCC countries ? Experience in planning and budgeting ? Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) ? Excellent communication & computer skills ? Outstanding organizational and leadership skills ? Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
