20 yearsJob Description : Export Head/International BD(Africa & Middle east) for a leading Alcobevrage company in Mumbai 20+ years experience - Achieve export targets in line with the organization's geographical strategy. - To handle the existing business as well as generate new business opportunities across global market. - Negotiating contracts with foreign sales and distribution centers and other parties such as shippers, agents and vendors. - Lead and assist in the effort to deliver world-class customer service. - Build comprehensive international market knowledge, trends, and market research database - Assist New Product Development (NPD), export correspondence, documentation, preparation and submission of custom clearance documents. SKILL REQUIREMENTS/ BEHAVIOURIAL TRAITS: - Knowledge Seeker - Understanding of International Trade and Markets - Functional Knowledge of analytical tools - Open to Travel extensively within India and abroad EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE: - MBA IB /Sales and Marketing - 10 years plus of experience Handling Export sales in similar industry. - Experience of handling Africa & Middle East Markets is a must. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND / OR SKILLS: - Ability to integrate and interpret disparate sources of data and information relating to Export markets and international affairs - Demonstrate strong commercial acumen - Demonstrates high degree of curiosity. - Invest time and energy into learning and executing at the same time - Influencing skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
