Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER GUINEA Age of candidate : 45 years Experience : 15 to 20 Years French speaking candidates should apply. French proficiency mandatory. Africa Working experience is a must. Roles and Responsibilities · Hands on Experience on all the Operations of Manufacturing & Trading Unit · Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures, · Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, · Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, · Can lead & upgrade and monitor all operations · Can prepare MIS, Various operational Reports · Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, IT, Sales, Finance, Purchase etc) · Should be able to diversify business as per situation, · Should be able to handle Logistics, Manufacturing Units, · Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, · Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics, · Write and submit reports to the Managing Director in all matters of importance, · Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliance, etc.) · Manage relationships with partners/vendors · Handling full P&L and operational responsibility of the Company. · Responsible for all financial decisions, initiatives, performances, internal controls, corporate finance, cash flow, budgets, long/short term strategy, costing, supply chain, etc. · Work closely with board members and appraise them on business growth and attainment, plan, lead and implement financial strategies, present group performance to shareholders, investment community and stakeholders. · Lead the compliance and IT frameworks to automate the business processes. · Lead risk management initiative by implementing structure & frameworks to identify & control potential gaps. · Successful lead the business process improvement initiatives, · Responsible for fund monitoring, audits, cost reduction, improving productivity & effective cash management, · Review groups finance attainment vs the forecasted, · Responsible for the groups annual financial statements and other associated compliances, regulations and legislations, · Provide financial leadership & lead multiple teams for equity, funds, banking, treasury, trade, forex, finance, accounts, inventory, supply chain, etc. · Having strong experience in highly competitive markets of Europe, India, UAE, and Africa, Desired Candidate Profile · Engineering Degree, MBA, Chartered Accountant from a recognised University · Language French & English in must. · Work Exp: Minimum 15 years and Maximum 20 years experience in Trading and Manufacturing Company · Functional Area - Trading. Manufacturing, FMCG, Distribution, etc · Industry - Paint & Plastic Industry, Automobile Industry, FMCG, Import & Export, Textile, Bags, etc
