Job Description : PLANT QUALITY HEAD NIGERIA FOR CEMENT CO Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance (Clinker & Cement) at Plant Level, and targeting revenue growth through delivery of superior product quality Ensuring compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements Monitor critical aspects of product quality to ensure that execution effectiveness, quality parameters and timelines meet plans and ensure implementation of corrective action to address deviations Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as the primary point of contact for the QA team Utilize industry and market benchmarks to develop innovative new practices, policies and procedures Responsible for addressing any quality related complaint of the customers and ensure resolution of the same within the set timelines Ensure optimum resource utilization Ensure that all safety protocols are always in place and strictly followed in all operational areas under the Department Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs, including updating their knowledge base to cater the organization need Desired Candidate Profile: Quality Assurance / Quality Control professionals, preferably from Cement and other building materials sector, with 15+ Years of experience may apply.
