Ensures adherence to financial disciplines and controls. Sales planning and Analysis Distributor Management Activation & Merchandising ·Ensures effective planning and execution of trade promotions and activation plans at regional level. · Ensures effective merchandising plans are formed and executed. Identifies micro-marketing opportunities and executes the same. Qualifications 20 Years of FMCG Exp in Sales &Distribution, General Management & P/L Management in North America.
