Job Description : Manufacturing Engineer (Injection Molding) Location : BOTSWANA 15+ years experience Role : -Responsible to provide engineering & technical support for all process and mold related issues for new and existing products -Overall responsibility for implementation of molding and assembly processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. -Participate in the Continuous Process Improvement and LEAN Programmed to improve productivity, reduce scrap -Perform DOE on molding process parameter for process window study. -Establish optimum process parameters and meeting specific cycle time for new product.
