Process Engineer

Job Description : Lead PMC Process Engineer - Sulfuric Acid and Phosphate Acid Vietnam ( EXPATS) Experience - 15+ Education - BE / B Tech - Chemical / Petrochemical Full Time Job Description Proficiency in handling front end engineering design or detailed engineering, as applicable, for similar projects with and without licensor units are mandatory. Must have independently handled P&IDs, HAZOP & other engineering reviews for the owner on similar projects. Familiarity with Operating & Control philosophy as well as various control systems & subsystems. Direct & supervise process engineers providing expertise and input on application of COMPANY and industry standards on all FEED deliverables in the design and development of projects associated with metal and mining process, production and export. Provide technical advice to operations on all relevant process engineering aspects. Review/ evaluate dynamic simulation results and advise on appropriate solution. Provide process input into PSM, process controls, commissioning and start up. Responsibilities: Review ENGINEER’s Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID’s, Plot Plans, Hazardous Area Classification, Utility Summaries, process controls documents and HAZOP process. Participate in HAZID, HAZOPS, P&ID and Safety reviews with COMPANY and end users. Review process simulations & calculations and prepare optimization reports where necessary. Review of all equipment design, process equipment datasheets and ensures safe, economic and technically sound decisions in all project phases.
