Compliance Manager

Job Description : COMPLIANCE MANAGER KENYA an Apparel Manufacturing and Export Company based in Dubai and having production factories in Kenya and Ethiopia. We are looking for an energetic Compliance Manager having a minimum of 10 years of experience in a reputed Garment manufacturing and Export industry. This requirement is for our Mombasa, Kenya operations. The candidate must have experience of American & UK buyer's compliance requirements and he should be familiar with the following job duties: 1. Quality Audits 2. Social and Labor Compliance Audit 3. Critical Life and Safety Audit 4. Oeko-tex Certification 5. Global Recycled Standard (GRS) 6. SCAN Association 7. Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) 8. SMETA 9. HIGG FEM 10. HIGG FSLM 11. Wastewater testing 12. SASO Audit 13. CTPAT 14. Workers Health and Wellness programs The ideal person should have the ability to handle a workforce of 2000 to 3000 and deal with all types of stakeholders from HR personnel to quality control team to factory production staff to senior level executives. He should have good negotiation, presentation, problem solving and communication skills with strong leadership qualities. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree and above.
