Job Description : Deputy GM Operations - Steel - Kampala, Uganda, East Africa Roles and Responsibilities · Techno commercial Communication with client, manages workshop, Site, Production, Quality, safety, Erection works, Site Handover, Payment follow-up, overall in charge of department · 15-20 direct reporting staff & 100 to 300 workers. · Basically, candidate will be responsible for handling sub-contract from lead generation up to handover of project approx. · 15-20 projects at any point of time. · Project size worth of 10lakh rupees up to 50CR hence he should be well versed with all in and out of this business. Desired Candidate Profile · Age above 42 years and below 52years- Male. · Married · 15+ years of working experience in similar field, minimum of 5 years worked on a lower position below or up to supervisory level and last 5 years on current position.
