Job Description : P&L Head WESTERN AFRICAN REGION 20+ years in Aqua Feed · Looking out for a Business Head responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business and manage P&L. · Preparation of budgets, production planning & control and implementing control systems. · Ability in continuously evaluating & enhancing processes and systems for improving productivity, reducing costs and increasing profitability. · Experience of managing very large operation teams, assigning and reviewing tasks and ensuring timely completion will be preferable. · Plan and Execute the large Project, starting from the feasibility study, Bank loan, negotiation with the vendor, implementation of timeline and startup of the operation. Attract, hire, train, develop and direct a team of functional leaders to oversee each of their specific areas of responsibility to achieve company goals and objectives.
